95 Days to Slim - Day 3

So sore today my boyfriend is making fun of me for moving like an old lady! Determined as I was to stay on track and get two small workouts in, I was just in too much pain so I just stretched as often as I could all day.


Woke up and had 16oz hot tea, 16oz water, and 1/2 large banana
For meal two I had the Slim Down Protein Pancake from the Tone It Up! Nutrition Plan made with Jarrow Formulas Vanilla Flavor Organic Brown Rice Protein Powder Concentrate
For meal 3 I had a tiny bit of lasagna with one role
For meal 4 I had some whole wheat Ritz crackers with peanut butter for some protein
16oz of flavored water (no sugar)
I was REALLY bad for dinner.  I was having a bad day and didn't feel like cooking so BF and I ordered pepperoni pizza - had 3 slices! They were small and I don't eat the crust but still.   Also had 4 glasses of wine with dinner/dessert and had a slice of boston creme cake for dessert.  GAH!  Must to better on day 4.

So sore, could barely get off the couch so no pics for day 3 :(
