Woke up this morning and was CRAZY sore from my workouts yesterday. Took the dog for a longer walk than usual trying to relieve some of the soreness in my legs...
Started the day with 16oz hot tea, my Meta-D from the Tone It Up! Nutrition Plan, and a bowl of Puffins with unsweetened vanilla almond milk (Puffins is a great Organic healthy cereal you can get in the organic section of most grocery stores)

3 rounds of SunKissed Abs from Tone It Up! - hard to do with how sore I am but I made it through!

1/3 cup nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt with cinnamon and nutmeg mixed in
16oz hot tea and a tuna salad wrap for lunch
Played a round of putt putt so was walking around for over an hour
IT was a special occasion dinner since my dad and stepmom are moving to another state, so we went to Ippolito's. I had 2 glasses of white wine, 32oz water, 1/2 lasagna, 1 roll, and 4 bites of white chocolate raspberry cheesecake. For as bad as it could have been, I did pretty well I think.
Went swimming after dinner. had 2 glasses of red wine. Really couldn't get in a stronger 2nd workout than the putt putt walk and light swimming because I am sooooo sore. Not the best day, but not terrible either. =D
Had 8oz water on the way home
