Willpower Wednesday

Ah willpower. Something I was definitely lacking last night. I ate well but definitely over imbibed with the Margaritas. But the thing is, I don't feel bad about it today. And here's why...

I have been following my nutrition plan and working out 5-6 days a week. I've seen weight loss and toning and have "cheated" very few times. Though food should never be a reward for accomplishing a workout goal, constantly denying yourself those things you enjoy will only work against you. As long as you aren't always giving in, a treat night once a month is a good way to keep yourself from going crazy. I've also found that it strengthens my willpower because I'm still working towards goals and reaching them - one night a month doesn't detail me or my willpower.
