#SkinnyDipOct CONTEST ANNOUNCEMENT! =D

So, many of you already saw the Skinny Dip October challenge I posted. I knew I needed to increase my tricep strength so I came up with this:



















I've decided to do a contest for it. So, starting Monday Oct 8th, if you check in with me on Twitter @natalietonesup using the hastag #SkinnyDipOct EVERY SINGLE DAY with your progress you win a tasty Tone It Up approved treat!! There will not be only one winner - if you check in with me every day you WILL get a prize - so there might be one winner, there might be 25. The only rule is you have to check in every day. (If you didn't find out about it until after the 8th you can still join! Just tweet me that you're in and check in every day after that!! =D)

If someone recommended you join #SkinnyDipOct make sure you tweet me and let me know who told you about it! 

The second part of the contest is how many people you can get to join in to #SkinnyDipOct.  Tweet the link to this post (http://tinyurl.com/SDOctCont) with my twitter handle - @natalietonesup - and basically tell people "Join #skinnydipoct - http://tinyurl.com/SDOctCont - tell @natalietonesit up I sent you!"  So basically people should tweet me "@natalietonesup I'm in for #SkinnyDipOct - @myfriendshandle sent me!" Or something similar =D  The person (or persons) who get the most people to join in gets a prize! =D
